·          Construction of 37,000 apartments for low paid Federal Government Employees on ownership basis

Pakistan Housing Authority is pleased to extend the last date of submission of application forms along with down payment of the housing scheme.

The new date for submission of the application is extended till January 25,2012 and letters to this effect are being issued to all members.

Islamabad, December 30: In response to the requests of large number of members Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA) has extended the last date of down payment till January 25, 2012 for its ongoing Kuri Road Housing Project meant for retired government officers. Talking to media here the Managing Director, Mr. Rasool Bux Phulpoto told reporters that PHA is rigrously working to translate the vision of Prime Minister to provide houses to government servants on their retirement. He told that the authority has announced certain relaxations to facilitate the members of the Scheme.Last date of down payment thas  been extended and down payment has been reduced to 15% from 20%. Similarly the remaining amount will be recovered in 8 equal installments as against the previous schedule of 6 installments.

The brouchers of the scheme have already been sent to the memberss however few brouchures returned undelivered due to change in addresses of the members. All those members who have not yet received brouchures are requested in their own interest to collect the same from PHA head office or send their fresh addresses, he said. Pakistan Housing Authority reminds its valuable members of Kuri Road Housing Scheme for Federally Constituted Occupational Groups to depposit the down payment on or before January 25, 2012 to avoid disqualificaton from balloting which is scheduled to be held between 25th to 30th of January ,2012.

Members who have not yet received brouchures are again requested to collect the same from PHA head office or intimate the fresh postal addresses for mailing the same on their notified addresses.
